Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia International Airport Terminals
Lifestyle brand Lacoste, has taken its new ‘Standard’ store concept to Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia international airport terminals opening Lacoste Airport Retail stores. The travel retail store follows the design vision found across the Lacoste brand, which and values of “casual elegance, quality, comfort and French heritage”.
These qualities are present in both the signature products and their retail spaces. The shop features clean, chic spaces which allow Lacoste’s bright colours to stand out.
Concourse Display Management oversaw the implementation of all the store furnishings, from engineered drawings, project management to installation. The project was carried out in partnership with Heinemann Asia Pacific.
Located in Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia international airport terminals, the crisp and elegant branding architecture showcases Lacoste’s luscious colour palette against a highly polished white background for an irresistibly eye-popping effect.
In December 2015, Lacoste unveiled its new store in time for the grand opening of the brand new King Power duty free mall in downtown Jakarta. Utilising cutting edge lighting techniques for gentle colour fluctuations throughout, as well as four large digital screens, customers are completely immersed in the Lacoste atmosphere.
For these projects, Concourse coordinated and managed all aspects of the implementations including local manufacture in Indonesia and China, through to final installation and finishing touches.
Erin Lillis-Arrowsmith, Lacoste’s travel retail director for Asia Pacific said the design of the Lacoste stores is intrinsic to the brand’s own image and part of the plan to make Lacoste “the premium casual wear brand”.“We’ve been working with Concourse Display Management in order to ensure that regardless of the logistical barriers that duty-free presents, our airside Lacoste stores are delivered to the same high specification as the most prestigious domestic boutique locations.”
