XPACE, an innovation, sustainable and eco-friendly retail and f&b space.

Following a charitable initiative with The Food Bank Singapore, FoodXervices Inc Pte Ltd, who run the charity as well as being Singapore’s leading food distribution company, challenged Concourse to design and build an entire floor of their brand new, beautiful distribution centre, Xpace. The eco-friendly fit out includes a 300m2 feature ceiling made from 100% recycled materials and the whole space is decorated with high quality, non-toxic paint made from food waste.
